This part starts where the previous one left off. Lola, after finding out about the connection between Burke and Hope, leaves him for a short period of time only to return to Second Circle soon after. She got so invested in finding out the missing girl, that even Burke hiding out the truth won't stop her from searching further. When she comes back, Burke decides to lay her the whole truth about Hope and offers to help with the investigation.
This one is written in both Lola and Burke's POV. We get more information about Lola and a glimpse from her past, which explains why she is so determined to help find a girl, about whom everybody has already forgotten. And while we get to know Lola more, Burke is still an enigma. Except the fact that he is the owner of Second Circle, likes to dominate and has some issues with committing, we don't know much more about him. The man is secretive, but that makes him even more attractive.
While the deadline for those thirty days comes closer, the couple grows closer. Both Lola and Burke are confused, they are not sure whether it is still just an arrangement or is it something more now. And they are both not sure what they want after those thirty days.
"Our relationship has an expiration date, but it's one either of us could reverse if we're willing to make the first move. But if I keep Lola, I'm depriving her of everything she deserves to have."
"If I choose Burke, I'll be utterly consumed. There will be no Lola left to chase after lost women. I'll be the one who's lost."
This part is much shorter than the first one and there is quite a lot information included. In addition to the thread concerning Hope, the author does not disappoint and provides us with some super steamy sex scenes, which are not that BDSM as I thought they would be, just nice, kinky sex. And holy shit, I did not see that one coming, the cliffhanger, I mean. Kudos to author for that.
Overall, if you are a fan of those short erotic serials, you should enjoy this one as well.

I have to be honest, this one was the least liked by me from all three parts of this serial. Everything wrapped up nicely in the end but it was just so short and everything happened so fast.
After the huge reveal in the previous part, Lola again leaves Burke to hide in her apartment. She finally found Hope and found out what happened to her. She didn't find out who is responsible for that though. She didn't find out and never asked, just assumed that the person responsible is Burke hence running away again.
But that separation worked in their favor. Because while being apart, they are able to admit their feelings and that the relationship they have is more than the deal, that somewhere along the way, they fell in love. Thanks to Burke's best friend and his explanations, everything clears nicely and Lola and her sexy Dom find their way back to each other.
"I wonder how I fell in love without even noticing. I don't want to be in love with Lola. I want her to be one more fling I can set aside with no hard feelings from either of us. That's who I am. That's why I'm half owner of a sex club. I don't do falling in love. But I guess I do, because I'm in love with Lola."As I said it was short and fast, things happened quickly and it was hard to feel that love connection initially. But we were given some really hot scenes as in previous parts and that is what I look for in this short erotic serials. And the epilogue was nice and sweet. Overall, an enjoyable one if you are looking for some short smutty reading to do in between longer books.
